Albert is a co-founding member and currently executive director of JVSakk Group, responsible for business development. He is also an Director of Hong Kong based Kingsway Cars Group, a luxury product distribution conglomerate spanning yachts and automobiles, including Lamborghini Automobili in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China.
Prior to founding JVSakk, Albert was manager of Institutional Sales at SHKFG with specific focus on institution accounts in Singapore and Europe. With more than 10 years experience in the financial industry, he is well versed in special situation advisory, project management and execution.
Albert graduated with a Bachelors degree of Business Management from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) Responsible Officer licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He is fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin and also plays the piano. He is an avid basketball fan and also follows Formula 1.
Kenny is a co-founder and currently an executive director of JVSakk Group. He is responsible for operation management, setting organizational goals, building managerial and supervisory structure for the group companies.
Kenny has 10 years of experience in the financial industry, specialized on institutional trading and deal execution. Prior to founding JVSakk, Kenny was previously with SHKFG, where he involved in equity sales trading and capital raising activities. He has worked closely with PE funds, hedge funds and long only equity funds in the Greater China Region. During his tenure, he has involved in numerous transactions including IPOs, secondary placements and right issues across various industries.
Kenny graduated with a Masters in Finance and Investment, and a Bachelors in Business Finance from University of Durham, United Kingdom. He is a Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) Responsible Officer licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Kenny speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, he enjoys reading, running and social drinking. He is also a certified pleasure vessel operator in Hong Kong.
